How long do I have to register my gift?
You need to register your gift before the ‘register by’ date on the back of your tin sleeve. We recommend that you register your gift as soon as possible.

How long does my adoption last?
Your adoption lasts for 12 months from the date of registration.

How long does it take for me to receive my certificate?
These will be dispatched within 28 days receipt of your registration details. Occasionally, factors outside of Gift Republic’s control may affect delivery times.
Can I visit the meerkats? Meerkat Magic aims for as little impact as possible on the meerkat nature reserve so that they remain true to their natural behaviour. They encourage an 'Observe and Conserve' policy and the animals are completely wild. The meerkat reserve is located in Oudtshoorn, West Cape, South Africa. It welcomes guests for tours at certain times of the year.
Does my gift entitle me to anything else? Yes! If you do decide to visit the meerkats, this gift entitles you to a 10% discount on a Meerkat Magic tour. Further details are provided in the gift tin.

If for any reason your chosen project is unavailable, the organisation reserves the right to allocate the donation wherever they feel the need is greatest.
