What are your delivery charges? We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible and we try to ensure that our delivery charges are fair.

When will I receive my order? Orders completed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day via First Class Royal Mail or via Air Mail for international addresses. Orders normally arrive within 1-5 working days. Special Delivery UK orders placed before 1 pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Delivery to Europe in 3 to 5 working days Delivery to the rest of the world in 5 to 15 working days Gift Republic takes pride in providing an excellent service and efficient delivery. Occasionally however, external factors outside of our control can delay an order despite our best intentions. We ask for your patience and co-operation in such circumstances. |

Can I change my order? If you placed your order before 2pm this may not be possible. Please contact our customer services department as soon as possible on + 44 (0) 208 542 4836 or info@giftrepublic.com on the same day you placed the order. If you placed your order after 2pm you may change your order provided you do this before 2pm the day after you placed the order.
