How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple:
  • Find the products you like.
  • Add them to your shopping basket by clicking the Buy Now button.
  • You can view your basket at any time by clicking the View Basket link.
  • When you have finished shopping, click the Checkout button from the Shopping Basket page or click on the Go to checkout link.
  • Carefully fill out your details.
  • Once you’ve finished you will receive your order confirmation via email.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Maestro, Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Solo and American Express. Our online payment processing is completely secure and endorsed by Worldpay Services.
 
What are your delivery charges?
We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible and we try to ensure that our delivery charges are fair.

All orders with a UK delivery address are charged at:
£3.99 for Standard Orders
£5.99 for Next Day Delivery

All Europe orders are charged at the following rates:
£9.99 for Standard Orders
£14.99 for Tracked Service

Please note: Delivery outside the United Kingdom could be subject to import duties, custom duties and/or other local taxes to you. These would be the responsibility of the purchaser. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise you what these charges will be, as International location and EU areas differ. Gift Republic is not responsible for them.

Rest of the world orders are charged:
£14.99 for Standard Orders
£18.99 for Tracked Service
 
When will I receive my order?
Orders completed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day via First Class Royal Mail or via Air Mail for international addresses. Orders normally arrive within 1-5 working days.

Gift Republic takes pride in providing an excellent service and efficient delivery. Occasionally however, external factors outside of our control can delay an order despite our best intentions. We ask for your patience and co-operation in such circumstances.
 
Can I change my order?
If you placed your order before 2pm this may not be possible. Please contact our customer services department as soon as possible on 02085 42 48 36 or info@giftrepublic.com on the same day you placed the order.

If you placed your order after 2pm you may change your order provided you do this before 2pm the day after you placed the order. Please contact our customer services department as soon as possible.
 
Can I cancel my order?
If you placed your order before 2pm this may not be possible. Please contact our customer services department as soon as possible on 02085 42 48 36 or info@giftrepublic.com on the same day you placed the order.

Can I track my order?
Yes, after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number. Click on the Track My Order link, then enter your email address and order number to check on the status of your order.
 
Do you gift wrap?
No. Unfortunately we do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.
 
I have received the wrong item/s. What should I do?
Contact our customer services department on 02085 42 48 36 or info@giftrepublic.com and they will arrange to have the incorrect item returned to us using a Freepost address. The correct item will be sent out to you.
 
I have received a faulty product. What should I do?
Contact our customer services department on 02085 42 48 36 or info@giftrepublic.com and they will arrange to have the defective item returned to us using a Freepost address. We will examine the returned product and will either notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, or send out a replacement working product to you.
 
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be happy with your products. If you do change your mind, you may return an item to us within seven days, beginning on the day you receive the product. You must inform us in writing or via email and return the product to us as soon as possible, in perfect condition and at your own cost and risk.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage since we cannot be held responsible or liable for any products that do not reach us.

Do I need to pay postage to return an item?
Yes, unless the item is faulty or the wrong product is sent to you, in which case we will pay for the postage.
 
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 30 days of confirmation. It will normally take 2-5 working days for credit to appear in the account purchased from.
 
What payment method will you use to refund me?
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
 
Do you accept orders via phone or post?
We are able to accept orders via telephone: please phone 02085 42 48 36 and our customer services department will be happy to take your order. Unfortunately we are unable to accept postal orders.
 
What happens if I have entered my registration details incorrectly?
Please contact our customer services department as soon as possible. If you do not receive your order because of incorrect or missing information, a resend fee will be applicable.
 
I may not be in when my order (or certificate) arrives. What should I do?
If the item is likely to fit through your letter box then there is no problem. However if the order (or certificate) is too big for your letterbox your postman will take the parcel back to your local depot. A card will be left with the depot details and the consignment number. Redelivery can then be arranged by calling the depot or the parcel can be collected in person.
 
What if my order is returned to you?
If your order is not received and is returned to us for any reason, we will resend your order but there will be a resend fee of £2.99 for a certificate and £4.99 for any other package in order to cover administration, postage and packaging.
