How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you?ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery. (I need to confirm this process)

Why are your prices cheaper than Amazon or eBay?

We aim to sell our products as reasonably as we possibly can to our customers. We do pay listing fees on these marketplaces and the price we charge reflects this. On our website, we don?t pay listing fees in the same way, so this is reflected in the prices.

Can I get a discount for a large quantity of items?

If you are a business looking for a quotation, or require support with a high quantity order, please view our trade contact form.

If you are an existing customer, login to our Trade website or contact your dedicated account manager for any further support.

Can I change/cancel my order once it's been placed?

At Gift Republic, we process orders quickly to ensure your items arrive as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

• There may be a slight delay in dispatch confirmation emails, meaning your order could already be on its way even if you haven?t received an update.
• If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, but you are welcome to return the item in line with our standard returns policy.

We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.

The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.
